Our Lead

Erica Martino

Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Forensic Interviewer, Certified Forensic Trauma Specialist


Erica is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Michigan and has been practicing since 2017. Much of her clinical experience has focused on supporting children and families through trauma-informed counseling, consultation, and forensic interviewing. She is a Certified Forensic Interviewer and Certified Forensic Trauma Specialist with advanced training in child-focused and trauma-informed forensic practice.


Erica provides services in cases involving family conflict, court involvement, and child welfare concerns. Her work integrates clinical expertise with an understanding of legal and ethical standards to ensure that her evaluations and interviews meet the needs of both families and the courts.


She has completed specialized training through the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (AFCC), including the Fundamentals of Custody Evaluation, and the National Association of Child Forensic Interviewers. Her background in communication and public speaking enhances her ability to present findings clearly and effectively in multidisciplinary and courtroom settings.


Erica is an active member of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (AFCC) and the National Association of Forensic Counselors (NAFC). She is dedicated to maintaining objective, evidence-based, and ethical standards in all aspects of her practice, with a consistent focus on the well-being of children and families
